User’s Guide to Reseller Administration

Reseller Administration allows you to manage various aspects of your client-based needs; such as, viewing and communicating with clients, package services, support and billing services, and logging transactions.

To access Reseller Administration, go to your Control Panel, and scroll down to where you keep your Reseller Tools and click on your Reseller Administration icon:

Clicking on the Reseller Administration icon will display the following page:

The page allows you to click on the following links:

  • View clients
  • Client Communication
  • Support
  • Packages
  • Billing
  • Invoicing
  • Transaction Log

View Clients: This allows you to view information about individual clients.

Client Communication is where you may configure your Welcome Letters

and Move Domain emails. (Move Domain emails are for Resellers with their own dedicated servers)

Support lists the email addresses that are used in your various client and support communications.

Packages allows you to set prices and names for your different packages.

Billing is where you are able to configure parameters for suspending accounts, and setting up credit card processing, etc.

Invoicing is where you may configure your invoices, headings, and send intervals .

Transaction Log is where all your credit card transactions are logged so that you may view them.
