Network Solutions If you do not receive this email within a few days then you should follow these steps: 1. Look up your domain name and make sure you have access to the email address for the Admin contact. If you do not, you will need to contact Network Solutions and request an update. Their phone number is: 800-779-1710.
2. Make sure you don't have an account with Network Solutions by going to http://www.networksolutions.com and clicking on "Make Changes" at the bottom. After putting in your domain name and clicking "Go" if they ask for an Account Name and password you will need to put those in and then update your name server information. 3. If you have checked steps 1 & 2 and want to re-initiate the transfer process yourself,you can go to The Automated Network Solutions Modification Form. You can go through this process again at anytime by going to www.networksolutions.com and clicking on Make Changes at the bottom of the screen. |
